Doug's note: Excellent!

Editor's note: Really well-written, very involved resource. The author covered so many details. This is sure to be a success.

"Yo Jesus, why do you eat with sinful people?"

Jesus didn't simply answer that question from the Pharisees, he defined our relationship with God.

This series is great to use for a weekend camp/retreat, or for a four-week teaching series for your youth group. Each lesson, you will read the Parable of the Lost Son (Luke 15:11–31) and then focus on one of the three main characters.

The character profiles, one for each session, will include:
1. The Younger Son
2. The Older Son
3. The Loving Father

The fourth session, ideal for a camp sendoff, will challenge students to take one thing home with them to put to practice.

Each session includes PowerPoint slides, engaging illustration ideas, and small group discussion resources which include questions and an activity.

This Resource Includes:
• Teaching manuscripts
• PowerPoint presentations
• Fill in the blank teaching notes
• Small Group questions
• Small Group activity

Note from the Author

Leverage the fill-in-the-blank resources! Students will track with your presentation in a new and memorable way.

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
