Todd and his wife, Lynda met at Cairn University and both graduated in 1995. They have been married for over 26 years and together have three children: Brianna, Caleb and Addyson.
With over 26 years of youth ministry experience, Todd has served the local church as a youth pastor in a variety of churches and demonstrations. During that time, he and Lynda have experienced firsthand the highs and lows of ministry.
God has given Todd both the desire and the opportunity to come alongside other youth pastors as a cheerleader, coach, and friend. So together, he and Lynda have created a ministry for youth pastors and spouses called The Youth Leader Oasis.
