Refund Policy

We love serving youth workers and want you to feel great about every purchase you make at DYM. Because our products and memberships include instant access to digital downloads and online content, our refund policy is as follows:

Products

All DYM products are digital downloads. We don't offer refunds on products, but we may offer store credit in certain situations. If something went wrong, or you bought the wrong thing, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Memberships

• Monthly Memberships: Non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, and you'll still have access through the end of your current billing period.
• Annual Memberships: No refunds after 7 days of purchase. If you cancel within the first 7 days and would like a refund, email support to request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership.
• Annual Platinum Memberships: No refunds will be issued for Platinum Memberships after 72 hours of purchase. If you choose to cancel within 72 hours of purchasing the membership and would like a refund, you can email support and ask to be refunded for any unused portion of your membership.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time in your account page.
• If you'd like our assistance in canceling your membership, you can email support before your billing date.
• If you choose to cancel, you will have access to your membership until the end of the current billing period.
