The Count Off is the intense numbers game your students will beg to play again. It’s simple to learn, easy to lead, and instantly turns your room into a high-energy competition where focus, speed, and teamwork matter. All you need is a screen and a group ready to shout, think quickly, and try not to get tripped up.
Gameplay: A number series of numbers appears on the screen. Study the sequence carefully as the timer counts down. The white numbers are ""count"" count numbers, meaning you will be counting them out loud. The black numbers are ""off"" numbers, meaning you will NOT count them out loud. The sequence will then disappear as the timer concludes, and a beat will begin. On ""Go,"" you will begin to count out loud on the numbers you remember to be count numbers, and you will be silent on the numbers you remember to be off numbers. If you do not speak out a ""count"" number, or if you speak out an ""off"" number, you are eliminated from that round. If you make it through the entire sequence, you have won for that round.
The game includes 10 rounds that get progressively harder, with each new level increasing the challenge by adding numbers and changing the sequence patterns, with a massive twist to the 10th round.
This game works great as an all-play, where you stay standing if you make it through a round, or have individuals keep track of the number of rounds they successfully complete, and reward the winner.
It's also a fun stage game where you bring up a person who thinks they can complete the round's challenge.
