Student Leaders Know How to Party

Growth takes time, and students need to understand what it means to plant, so they don’t get frustrated in the process. (*This is a two-part mini-series on evangelism. Remember to check out Leaders Know How to Plant—Part 2.)

Most of us have been to a party or large gathering before. Maybe it was a big family reunion, birthday party, or an all-nighter at church. Regardless of the circumstances, there was likely one common denominator: every party has a host. A good host guides the guests' experience, is concerned with how well things are going, and strives to build connections. When it comes to your youth ministry, your student leaders are the best hosts you will ever have.

Option 1:  Use this in a Group Setting
Follow along in the Facilitator’s Guide and you’ll find instructions, time frames, and extra notes just for you.  The student handouts are on a separate file; be sure to make copies for each student in your group.

Option 2: Use this in a Mentoring Relationship or for an individual student.
Just make a copy of the Student Handout and give it (or send it) to the student (all the instructions they need are already there).  If you are mentoring a student, just make an extra copy of the Student Handout for yourself and walk alongside the student as he/she goes through this study.
