This series is designed to cover three of the stranger stories from the Bible and was originally meant to tie into the Stranger Things show on Netflix. 

All three of these stories show that God has an overall plan for His creation, and He will resort to some really strange things sometimes to accomplish His plan.

Week 1: Balaam's Talking Donkey (Numbers 22:21-39)

Week 2: Elisha Calls Down the Bears (2 Kings 2:19-25)

Week 3: Ezekiel's Vision of Dry Bones (Ezekiel 37:1-14)

Each teaching manuscript includes a great deal of context so new students will not feel confused or left out. It is important to do an assessment of your own group, and give any additional context that may help them.

In addition to the lesson manuscripts, this series also includes small group discussion guides and social media graphics.

This series is designed to tie into the Stranger Things show on Netflix. To create a moment students would remember, we had an acoustic worship set and our teaching time outside around a bonfire each week. You could use this series in October, which could fit around a Halloween theme. You could also use this for a weekend camp or retreat.
