You will show two letters on the screen -- once the letters hit the screen, the first student to shout out a word that starts and ends with those letters wins a point!!! Student with the most points after 11 rounds WINS! Also works as an all-crowd game!

We show a list of possible words after each round, as well as in case students can't get any, and that round becomes a draw, at which point you can just show some options that WOULD have worked.
