Get ready for a wild, head-to-head showdown that is appropriately ""classic youth group"" messy!
In PUMP UP THE JAM, players compete in pairs to guess classic song titles that one player writes for their partner in jelly. Player #2 sees the screen, writes the title out (on note cards, giant flipchart paper, cardstock - you pick!) as their non-screen-facing partner races to guess correctly before other teams do.
Nail it fast? Score big points! Guess wrong? Another pair can steal the points. You can also offer bonus points to the first team that can sing a line from the song. With 20 rounds to choose from, you can customize the rounds for mainstream and Christian songs your group knows.
Whether you use plastic knives, brushes, Q-Tips, or hands to spread the jelly, it’s a messy, loud, competitive, and ridiculously fun game that ""sticks!"" Have a lot of fun with this one!
This Resource Includes:

About this Product
• You can totally customize this game with the slides and songs you have your students do. Some songs are shorter in length than others, so gauge it appropriately. Likewise, set up your space well so that in the midst of enjoying all the classic youth group messiness, you don't create a permanent mess. • Another fun option is to have players sing a line from the song for bonus points (i.e., "Who can sing a line from this first?"). Or you can cue the music and invite everyone to sing along as part of the victory!
