This serves as a tool for guided conversations based on some of the movie’s major themes, how they overlap with our shared experiences, and what scripture teaches on the topics. The themes covered in this guide deal with grief, revenge, and tradition vs. science. Each section has a quote from the movie that goes with the theme. Whether someone currently goes to church or not, many of us have had to deal with these topics in our lives, and God has much to say about them.

This discussion guide includes the following:
• A written overview of three themes in the film
• 15 thought-provoking questions for impactful dialogue
• 14 passages of Scripture references for additional study 
•  9 suggested application points

Each theme has its own set of discussion questions you can use to guide the conversation. To get the most out of your time, try watching the movie together as a group and use the guide afterward. You can attempt to cover all three themes, or you can focus on one in particular that stands out most and is most relevant for your group. With it being a guide, feel free to customize it for your needs. Also, consider this as a way of engaging youth who do not currently attend church but have an interest in the MCU.
