Details

This screen-driven (or Instagram-driven!) game will have your students laughing out loud, cringing, and writing down pickup lines to use later. Your group decides the fate of the guy texting his crush: is he cooked, or should we let him cook? Is this a pickup line that might just get you blocked, or is it possible it might get you a date?

You can have students move from one side of the room to the other to vote and mingle, or you can have them stay in their seats and talk with those around them.

This game works as a fun add-in for a dating and relationship series, or you can bust it out around Valentine's Day, homecoming, or prom!

Plus, if you'd rather use this game over social media instead of in person, you can! It comes with images for use in Instagram Stories. You just need to add the poll!

This Resource Includes:

  • Complete PowerPoint game file
  • Individual (10 rounds + instructions) game slides (jpeg files)
  • Individual (10 rounds + instructions + template for submissions + blank) game slides formatted for Instagram Stories (jpeg files)
  • Title slide (jpeg file)

About this Product
If you're running this in-person, poll some people ahead of time for their best, worst, or go-to pickup lines to throw into the game. If you're running this on Instagram, make sure you get students involved by taking in their submissions and having your community vote on them!
