Failure is one of those things that leaders need to know what to do with. When buried, hidden, or blamed on others, failure has the potential to really poison a student's influence and prevent him/her from taking risks in the future. But when dealt with honestly, embraced, and used as a way forward, failure can be one of the best things that happens in a leader's life. This study will take a look at the failure that Joshua and Caleb experienced when they couldn't convince the Israelites to go into the promised land. It will also take a look at some modern day failures and help students recognize the failures in their own lives and how to deal with them.

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
