This resource has two excel file templates for you! The first one is a yearly budget. I've learned that the Finance/Leadership teams are more willing to give you the money you request if you have a solid plan and budget laid out. The second file is an event budget. This resource will help you to remember the things you need to allocate money towards. It allows you to plug in the income and expenditures. Make sure that you remember to go back after the event to evaluate your actual expenditures. Directions on each template serve as a tutorial/guide… it's a very helpful resource if budgeting isn't your thing.
