Chocolate bunnies. Jelly beans. Egg hunts. A giant rabbit is somehow in charge of delivering candy. Easter is full of traditions we all celebrate… but if someone asked where any of them actually came from, most of us would probably just shrug and say, “Uh… Target?”
Engage all your students in figuring it out as players try to guess the surprising global origins of some of Easter’s most famous traditions. Each round puts two possible places on the screen, and players must decide where the tradition started. Did chocolate eggs begin in England or France? Did egg hunts come from Germany or America? Choose your answer by holding up one or two fingers, moving to a side of the room, or battling it out on stage.
Guess correctly and stay in the game. Guess wrong, and you’re out! Along the way, you’ll uncover some weird, wonderful, and surprisingly meaningful Easter history that might just make you look smarter at the family Easter dinner. Fast, funny, and full of “wait… really?” moments, this game is a perfect crowd-engager for the Easter season.
