Justin Knowles is a seasoned youth pastor with 18 years of experience leading students, building teams, and revitalizing youth ministries. He currently serves as the Youth Pastor at VantagePoint Church in Southern California, where he leads a thriving ministry of 150+ students with a strong focus on small groups, leadership development, and biblical teaching. Justin is passionate about helping youth pastors lead with clarity, build healthy teams, and create lasting impact in their communities.
He’s also the host of the podcast Youth Ministry Hacks, where he and co-host Sean Lord dive into all things practical youth ministry—offering real talk, helpful strategies, and encouragement for leaders in the trenches. In addition to coaching, Justin speaks and trains at camps and churches across the country. When he’s not investing in leaders or creating content, you’ll find him spending time with his family or out on the golf course.
