Ready to appreciate your adult or student leaders and get them talking in a fun way?
Here’s a creative way to do it, whether you do it as a face-off or in a big group. The first five prompts are fun to help them recall some stories of when youth ministry was crazy. The last five prompts will shift them into vision mode as they remember why what they do is worth doing in the first place. Give each story a maximum of 60-seconds and make sure they don't share the names of students while telling their stories. Not only will you and your group enjoy the walk down memory lane, but you'll also prime the pump for a time of vision and prayer about why student ministry matters.
You can also use this for your staff, as well as your local youth ministry network. You can adapt parts of these prompts to use with students, too.
This Resource Includes:

About this Product
We created this for our annual volunteer appreciation banquet and it was a great way to get everyone connecting. It also works for setting up a key leader to share vision for the year ahead.
