Story is a two-session series that examines the stories we tell and the story God tells! It challenges young people to look at the story they tell about themselves and the labels people put on them, and how God's story and labels are ultimately far more beautiful. The second session deep-dives into the salvation message with an invitation to accept Christ at the end. This was a retreat theme for our group; we had a third session that was a baptism session where students shared their stories (testimony) and were baptized! It was an incredible series that saw kids make professions of faith and culminated in baptisms. The series includes message manuscripts for two sessions, small group discussion guides, PowerPoint, and an editable booklet template that can be used to make a retreat booklet. It also includes image files and PSD files, so you can do all the editing you want!
