The reality is that there are some ridiculously weird holidays out there. For example, did you know that July 17th is "World Emoji Day"?

In this screen game, students will guess if it something is actually an observed holiday or not. Play it at the beginning of the month to welcome it in, or play it on a week where one of the actual holidays in the game takes place, then pause and celebrate!

This Resource Includes:
• Complete PowerPoint file
• Individual (10 Q&A + tiebreaker) game slides (jpeg files)
• Title slide (jpeg)

I've been fortunate to serve 20+ years in Student Ministry at the same church, Nappanee Missionary Church in Nappanee Indiana. Over that time I have been able to craft a plethora of experiences and resources that help students and parents in their spiritual journey, and I love that DYM has provided me the opportunity to share them with you. My wife Janelle and I have four amazing children ages 10 and under. I love the Cubs, the Colts, comic books, podcasts, and going to Disney World.

Oh, I have a podcast too! It's all about my story of 20+ years of Student Ministry at the same church, lessons learned and people met along the way. You can check out My Third Decade at https://podcast.downloadyouthministry.com/my-third-decade/

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
