There are some really bad Christmas specials out there (we’re looking at you Hallmark Channel!). In this game, you must guess if the description is an actual (*Bad) Christmas special or one we made up. Have a holly jolly good time!

Gameplay options:
Upfront: (2 to 6 students) Read the provided descriptions of Christmas specials and have the students write down their answer, text in, buzz in, or whatever you have available. The first student to give the correct answer gets 1,000 points. The student with the most points in the end wins.

All Play: Have students stay in their seats and either text in their answers, or chase after a youth leader dressed as Santa (we had them chase Santa – needless to say, it was AWESOME!). First to get their answer into Santa gets a Christmas themed prize (every correct answer gets a prize in this version).

This Resource Includes:
• Complete PowerPoint game file
• Individual (10 Q&A + instructions) game slides (jpeg files)
• Title slide (jpeg file)

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
