This video-based game asks the question, “Will it Burn?” In this edition, we’re focused on summer themed items: beach balls, sunscreen, pink flamingos... Students have 10-seconds to decide if the item can stand up to a heat of a propane torch. It's getting hot in here!

This Resource Includes:
• Title, instruction and promo videos (mp4 files)
• Individual (11 rounds) game video clips with voiceovers (mp4 files)
• Individual (11 rounds) game video clips without voiceovers (mp4 files)
• Title slide (jpeg file)

Note from the Author

Have students vote with colored pool noodles or have stage contestants lock in their vote by putting on cheap colored sunglasses from the dollar store. Red for "It burns," and blue for "It doesn't burn."

Burning things at youth group is usually a little dangerous, but not with this game! So fun, and everyone loves watching things burn.

Just make sure to clarify the difference between "Catching Fire" and "Burning"

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
