A screen gamer where you get two words but the link is missing from the middle (ex. Carpet ______ Dance). There is a word that can go in the blank that works with the first word to make a phrase and the last word to make a phrase (In the ex. "square" makes "Carpet Square" and "Square Dance.")

You could play this as a "table game" in groups, but this one works best as a speed game where you pop the question on the screen and the first to yell out the correct answer is your winner. Give the kid who finishes with the most right a bottle of sunblock, tell him to quit reading books and get outside. Give the kid who didn't get any right a dictionary.

What’s included:

    • Complete PowerPoint game file
    • Individual game and title slides (jpg files)

I've been fortunate to serve 20+ years in Student Ministry at the same church, Nappanee Missionary Church in Nappanee Indiana. Over that time I have been able to craft a plethora of experiences and resources that help students and parents in their spiritual journey, and I love that DYM has provided me the opportunity to share them with you. My wife Janelle and I have four amazing children ages 10 and under. I love the Cubs, the Colts, comic books, podcasts, and going to Disney World.

Oh, I have a podcast too! It's all about my story of 20+ years of Student Ministry at the same church, lessons learned and people met along the way. You can check out My Third Decade at

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
