The goal of this game is to give your students some difficult tasks that they must accomplish as a group. "Lend A Hand" requires participation from everyone to be fun. The premise is that each round, small groups will be given a specific person, place, or thing that they must create using only their hands. This game is best played in small groups because it is a great way to know, and be known, by others in your youth group. "Open Ended" A slide-driven small group connection game. The goal of this game is to give your students some space to be extra wacky and creative. "Open Ended" requires participation from everyone to be fun. Much like ‘Apples to Apples,’ the premise of this game is to have students take turns finishing the statements on screen each round. They will need to finish each statement with the best, funniest, most creative thing that they can think of. After everyone in the group has had a chance to share their ideas, the group will vote on who they think the winner of that round is. The beautiful thing about this game is that there is no right or wrong answers. Students simply love being creative, wacky, and making people laugh. This game is best played in small groups because it is a great way to know, and be known, by others in your youth group. "Super Hero Side Jobs" A slide-driven small group connection game. The goal of this game is to give your students a slew of super heroes and have them discuss which super hero would be the best fit for the specific side job listed in each round. The beautiful thing about this game is that there is no “correct” answer. Students have to think for themselves and back up their logic by talking it out with their group. This game is best played in small groups because it is a great way to know, and be known, by others in your youth group.

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
