Details

🎲 Walking life with students as they are taking steps in their faith is a privilege for us as leaders/volunteers. But trying to find that balance of teaching and fun can be a challenge. If it’s too much fun, students might be having a great time but aren’t developing their faith. On the other hand, if it’s too much teaching, they might feel like they’re in school and may not want to come back.

🎲 Whether you are a veteran leader or this is your first time leading a small group, these icebreakers will add fun to your small group, giving you more time to focus on building relationships and leading students to Jesus.

🎲 The best way for your students to open up and feel safe to dive deep is through FUN shared experiences! When students see their leaders being all in, not caring what embarrassing or silly challenges they are doing, it shows them how invested you as a leader are in the group! How invested you are shows WHY they can trust you, trust your group, be open to hearing about Jesus and BE ALL IN!
