This get-to-know-you activity will have students scrambling for 10 minutes as they race to learn facts about each other’s past, present, and future… with some twists and turns along the way.

PREP:

• Print the included “Time Travel Bingo” card (one per player).
• Load the 10-minute Time Travel Bingo game onto your computer.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Students will have 10 minutes to fill out every square on their Time Travel Bingo Card. (every square, not just five in a row).
• Along the way, they will hit a series of “Time Warps” that will mix things up a bit.
  • Time Dilation: Move and talk in slow motion
  • Wormhole Whirl: Spin in circles and continue to play
  • Radio Silence: No talking. You may only use gestures
  • Era Exchange: Trade your card with another traveler.
  • Stasis Field: Freeze in place. You may still communicate.
  • Reverse Flow: Walk backward. Stand back-to-back.
  • Time Ripple: Say everything twice. Say everything twice.
  • Centrifuge: Complete two laps of the room before continuing.
  • Time Hack: Convert any unfilled space into a Free Space.
