In Overrated, students vote, debate, and roast life’s most overhyped (or totally worth it) things! Hot takes, ridiculous arguments, and non-stop laughs guaranteed!
Pick a side and let the debates begin!
- Majority Rules (Original Version)
- Players vote Overrated or Not Overrated at the same time.
- The majority wins the round!
- Optional: Keep score—whoever agrees with the majority the most wins.
- Hot Take Battle
- One player secretly decides if the topic is Overrated or Not Overrated.
- Others argue their case, trying to guess the player's choice.
- The player reveals their choice—whoever argued for the same side wins a point!
- Judge’s Verdict
- One player is the judge for the round.
- Everyone else argues for or against the topic.
- The judge picks the most convincing argument as the winner.
- Lightning Round
- A player reads a topic, and everyone must immediately shout Overrated or Not Overrated—no thinking!
- Keep it fast-paced and fun!
- Team Debate
- Players split into two teams.
- One team argues why the topic is Overrated, the other argues why it isn’t.
- A neutral judge picks the best argument! 6. Movement • Have students move to the side of the room of their choice.
