In this Christmas elimination-style game, Santa will identify your naughty and nice students. Those whose answers are in the majority are nice and stay in the game. Those in the minority are naughty and are eliminated as the "Odd Elf Out."

Santa has a workshop full of little elves. And what is the one thing Santa wants more than anything? Uniformity. Sure, he likes it when the elves sing and build his toys. But the thing that he desires above all else is when the elves all fall in line.

In this elimination game, Santa will ask for your students' opinions on a certain Christmas question. Everyone writes down their answers. When all the answers are revealed, students who are in the majority are NICE elves and can stay in the game. When students' answers are in the minority, they are NAUGHTY and banished from Santa's Workshop for life.

Play this game with your entire group (as long as they each have something to write with), or you can bring a group up onto the stage. The questions start off with only two or three options for answers but then get much more varied as the game goes on.

The last elves standing (of the remaining majority) are all nice and promoted to Top Elf.
