Have you ever wondered how long a 'lifetime supply' of something actually lasts? In this up-front screen game, you'll look at real headlines and stories of people who have and try to guess how long the winnings lasted. Be prepared to be surprised!

Details

We've all seen the headlines. ""Man wins a lifetime supply of motor oil,"" ""Woman wins a lifetime supply of phone chargers,"" ""Teenager wins a year's supply of pudding,"" and so on. I am sure we have also all wondered how much motor oil exactly was that. How long did the pudding actually last?

In this game, you'll look at real headlines and stories of people who have won either a lifetime supply or a year's supply of something and try to guess how long the winnings lasted the person who won them, or at least how much they received.

You can play this game as an up-front game or as an all-play game where students move to different sides of the room based on their guesses.

Be prepared to be surprised at how long or short some of these winnings have lasted.
