Each Christmas, we celebrate Jesus' arrival as God's promise fulfilled, learning from Mary and Joseph's trust in uncertain times, inspiring students to share Jesus with the world.

Each year, at Christmas, we celebrate and focus on the coming of Jesus. The arrival of Jesus is the fulfillment of all that God had promised. But surrounding the story of the birth of Jesus are two people who trust God even when things seem really uncertain. The challenge for your students is that God is calling them to go into the world and share Jesus, which requires a serious level of trust in God. This is an area that Mary and Joseph knew something about.

Option 1: Use this in a Group Setting
Follow along in the Facilitator's Guide and you'll find instructions, time frames, and extra notes just for you. The student handouts are on a separate file; Be sure to make copies for each student in your group.

Option 2: Use this in a Mentoring Relationship or for an individual student.
Just make a copy of the Student Handout and give it (or send it) to the student (all the instructions they need are already there). If you are mentoring a student, just make an extra copy of the Student Handout for yourself and walk alongside the student as he/she goes through this study.
