Have you ever thought of an invention that would save you time or make you rich? Here's the chance for your students to share their inventions!

Details

If you're searching for a game that gets your teens creativity flowing, THIS is that game.

Each round starts with a basic prompt or problem, and each player has to sketch out an invention based on that prompt. After their initial sketch is complete, subsequent specifications will challenge them to change, improve, or adapt their invention to solve new problems.

Do you want to add an element of improv to the game? Have a player from each team "pitch" their invention to a couple of judges "Shark Tank" style.

Two additional ways to use this game:

1) Do you want to work on teamwork and collaboration? Break into teams, and give each team a large piece of paper and a handful of markers. Challenge them to work together to brainstorm, design, and draw their invention collaboratively.

2) Do you want to teach about different perspectives and points of view? After teens finish their initial drawing, have them pass it to someone else to complete the next step (without any explanation). Pass the invention to a new person each round, and at the end, have another person explain/pitch the invention.
