How quickly can your students count? This game tests the speed of your students' ability to count fast! They aren't just counting, they're EXTREME counting.

Details

In this screen-based game, students will have to be quick to count the specific thing that's on the screen before they go away. Whoever gets the exact number right or is the closest wins that round.

Work with your production person (or whoever is running the slides) to time how long you want the slide (with the objects) to stay on screen. Obviously, the less time the slide is up, the quicker your students have to count, which makes things exciting and tense. Each round, you can change the timing of how fast you want the slides to change. This is where you can have some fun and change things up!

Either have everyone sit at the start of each round and then stand up when they think they have the right answer, or pick a handful of students to guess. If your youth group is divided into different small groups, make it a competition between groups to see who can get the most right.

This Resource Includes:

  • Complete PowerPoint game file
  • Individual (10 Q&A and blank slide) game slides (jpeg files)
  • Title slide (jpeg file)

About this Product
Work with the person who will be running this on your computer for the timing of when to switch slides. If you don't want your students to have a lot of time counting, then display a slide for just a few seconds. Experiment with the timing and have fun with it!
