Connected is a four-week teaching series designed to help students discover what real connection looks like in a world full of noise, pressure, and surface-level relationships. Many students feel constantly connected online, at school, in group chats, yet still experience loneliness, confusion, and insecurity. This series invites students to slow down and examine where true connection actually begins.
• Week one (""Connected to Self"") starts by helping students reconnect with themselves, learning that they don’t find their identity by fitting in but by being formed by God. Students are challenged to stop pretending, resist comparison, and embrace who God intentionally created them to be.
• In week two (""Connected to Friends""), the focus shifts to friendships, helping students evaluate who is influencing their direction and encouraging them to choose relationships that push them toward wisdom, courage, and faith rather than compromise.
In week three (""Connected to God""), students are invited to move beyond simply being “connected” to God and instead pursue closeness with Him. Through Scripture and practical application, students learn that clarity, peace, and identity grow out of a consistent, honest relationship with God, not performance or perfection.
The final week (""Connected to the World"") challenges students to live out their faith in the world around them, reminding them that influence doesn’t come from blending in but from living differently with kindness, integrity, humility, and courage.
Throughout the series, students are encouraged to take practical next steps to build deeper, healthier connections with themselves, their friends, God, and the world. Connected helps students understand that real connection isn’t accidental; it’s intentional, transformative, and rooted in who God is and who He created them to be.
