This game works in several ways.

All-play -   put the screen up and see who is the fastest in the crowd
Up-front -  bring a few contestants up front and have them compete.  Put your group into teams (ex. Girls vs Boys) and see who is the winner.
Small group -  divide your group into small group and have them compete to see who is the word champion.
