A one-off message on the emphasis Jesus puts on both gathering in fellowship and going on mission with Him, in order to fulfill God's perfect will for our lives.

The Bible speaks of Jesus followers as sheep. As God's sheep, we need to live in a balance between the pen (fellowship) and pasture (Jesus' mission). Jesus has called us to both gather and go. When we emphasize one over the other in our lives, we become imbalanced, weak, and ineffective in our witness for Christ. All of us tend to live out of balance, either gravitating toward one or the other. When we live in a balance between the tension between both - the PEN and the PASTURE - our lives become occasions for Jesus to be glorified.
