Test your students’ knowledge and recognition in this screen game. Each round, students will see a category and 18 images to go with that category. The challenge is to name as many of the images they see. There are two ways to play the game:
Face-off Version: Teams (or individuals) face-off each round. Each team/individual takes turns naming one of the images. Once an image is named, it is claimed. If a team/individual repeats, makes a mistake or can no longer name an image, they are out.
Timed Group Version: Divide the group into smaller teams. Give each team a pen/paper. For each round, show them the category slide. Then, show the slide with the images and give everyone a set time (30 or 60 seconds) to name as many as possible. Each team gets a point for every correctly named item. Most points at the end of the 10 rounds wins.
