This short sketch is perfect for creating tension and/or interest in relationships prior to a Valentine’s Day message, a relationship focused message, or a love-themed sermon. “I Need a Girlfriend” is a skit about a student who feels like he needs to find a girlfriend before Valentine’s Day. A youth leader comes on to the scene, and after consulting Siri for advice, they determine together that the Valentine’s gift the student already bought for his hopeful girlfriend may need to be shared between the two of them.

This purchase includes the 560-word script in an editable Word document.

I always thought that being a senior pastor was a step down from student ministry. That of course only the case if God has called you to be in student ministry.

I am now a senior pastor in Chicago that get to have my cake and eat it. I am also the director of a teen center reaching city teens in Chicago.

I continue to do student ministry as a senior pastor and I am thankful that I serve in both roles.

I am married to my high school girlfriend, I have two daughters, 2 dogs, 3 fish and 7 turtles.

I pray that God continues to use me in the lives of people. I truly enjoy seeing a life changed by God.

I pray that I never get tired of sharing the gospel!

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
