American Christianity has two major problems: morality, and religion. In Matthew 12, Jesus shares the parable of a demon-possessed man. Through the efforts of morality and religion, this man "cleans house" and the demon leaves. The house - the human being - is unoccupied. In this one-off message, students learn about the dangers of an "empty house," and the necessity of being "occupied" by Jesus. They will see that morality and religion can never satisfy, are extremely dangerous, and are not the solution. There is only one solution when it comes to a life of faith: a personal relationship with Jesus.
