A one-off message and video that challenge the church to do our part in racial reconciliation.

Details

Editor Note: This is a really good introductory lesson on the church and racial reconciliation.

There are race issues in our society. We may have varying viewpoints on the cause and extent of these issues, but it’s obvious that racial tension and injustice still exists. There is also a problem with how the church is handling race issues, and the problem is that the church has been taking its cues from the world. We are allowing the world to inform us on what we should think. We passionately defend our positions, refuse to hear anyone else’s heart, and we apply a disparaging label to anyone that dares to disagree with us. We cannot take our cues from the world on how to act and react.

This one-off message and video challenge the church to do our part in racial reconciliation by hearing people who are hurting and humbly putting ourselves aside to care for them.

This Resource Includes:
