For your students to cast a vision well, they need to be taught! Don’t forget to do some vision casting for this lesson yourself. Students need to know the purpose for this skill as well as why it matters as a kingdom leader.

HOW TO USE THIS RESOURCE:

Option 1: Use this in a Group Setting
Follow along in the Facilitator’s Guide and you’ll find instructions, time frames, and extra notes just for you. The student handouts are on a separate file; be sure to make copies for each student in your group.

Option 2: Use this in a Mentoring Relationship or for an individual student.
Just make a copy of the Student Handout and give it (or send it) to the student (all the instructions they need are already there). If you are mentoring a student, just make an extra copy of the Student Handout for yourself and walk alongside the student as he/she goes through this study.

This Resource Includes:
• Facilitator Guide (Word and PDF)
• Student Worksheets (Word and PDF)

PARTNER RESOURCE

Note from the Author

WHAT IF WE DON’T HAVE A STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAM? Starting a student leadership team is hard, and honestly, it’s okay if you don’t have one. Use this to help you get started and walk the road with you. If you don’t have student leaders, try using this resource with a group of 2 or 3 students to start with (refer to Option 2).

There are plenty of people who are grateful that you do what you do. Your students are, their families are, and your church is, even though they may not say it often enough. I want to say thanks on behalf of them, and model the way we need to be saying thanks to the leaders that serve alongside us—in ten different ways—through this ebook.

Thank YOU!
