Details

In this interactive screen game, your students will work to tell the difference between a pastry and a puppy…or a doggy and a danish. If you host the game correctly, (each image is to be displayed for just a split-second) it's not as easy as it sounds. Fun for a crowd or a few contestants to play…and don’t forget to have some donuts (or danishes!) on-hand for a prize!

This game can be used as a stand-alone program piece to make your students laugh in confusion or as a transition to (or sermon illustration for) a message on the importance of taking time to consider our decisions.

Directions: This game works because in a momentary exposure, a puppy and a pastry can look remarkably similar. But the key here is momentary exposure. The actual question should be displayed for just an instant. Any longer than that and the answers become obvious. Be sure to TEST your software to ensure this game works quickly enough to be a hit!

If you use the PowerPoint file, keep in mind that automatic transitions will not function fast enough. You'll have to manually move slides around. Other projection software might be able to provide quick enough transitions. Make sure to TEST your software to make sure this game works quickly enough to be a hit!

Here’s what’s included:

    • Complete PowerPoint 10 Q/A game file
    • Individual game and title slides (jpg files)
