This series tackles 4 things that are crippling the church and teenager's lives. Spiritual Warfare is not just fun and games. These 4 messages will take your students to a place where they recognize the demons that are actively fighting them and give them the weapons to fight demons back and be victorious in their walk with God.

MESSAGE 1 - FIGHTING SPIRITUAL WARFARE

This message will lay the groundwork for the whole series. You'll take your students to Ephesians 6 and look at the Armor of God to discover who we fight, what we fight (2 primary tactics of Satan in spiritual warfare), and then finally how we are to fight in this battle.

MESSAGE 2 - FIGHTING TEMPTATION

This is one of my favorite messages of all time! In the story of Daniel at the king's table in Daniel 1 we see Satan's 4 pronged strategy in temptation. Through Daniel's example you will give your students 4 ways to stand up to temptation and be resolved as Daniel was.

MESSAGE 3 - FIGHTING DEPRESSION

This message is a tough one that every student desperately needs to hear. They need to hear that depression is not sinful and that many people in Bible struggled with it. However, God wants to rescue everyone from depression. You'll take them to Elijah's story in 1 Kings 19 to see 4 ways that Satan is trying to drag us into depression and give them 5 weapons that every believer has in order to fight this demon.

MESSAGE 4 - FIGHTING COMPLACENCY

Perhaps Satan's greatest demon in the church is contentment and complacency. In 2 Kings 22 we read of a church that has grown complacent and far from God without the scriptures. Through King Josiah's life your students will learn 4 ways a young person can not only battle and defeat complacency in their life but in the church and an entire nation.
