In my experience, it is helpful to post three Instagram posts a week! I would not suggest posting more than three a week, as you don’t need to overwhelm or stress yourself out! This resource does provide up to three IG posts a week if you would like to try out this rhythm. For IG Stories, you can never post too many. Since IG Stories only last 24 hours, post away!
