What is bravery, and what does it mean to be brave? 

We have plenty of examples of bravery in movies, video games, and novels. We also have real-life examples of bravery in people like Jackie Robinson, Rosa Parks, and the first responders of 9/11. These heroes demonstrate bravery in inspiring ways, but what does bravery look like when it comes to our faith?

Brave is a four-part series about spiritual bravery, and what it means to follow Jesus bravely. This series is a progressive series that builds on the message before it, but each message can stand alone on itself.

Jesus redefines bravery by showing us what it really looks like, loving and serving people regardless of how they respond.

Week 1 - Bravery Lost. You'll explore why bravery exists in the first place. When God created everything, He never intended us to be afraid, so where did it come from? 

Week 2 - The Bravest. You'll look at the bravest person in history because of the bravest moment in time. The message focuses on what Jesus did to rescue us.

Week 3 - Walking Bravely. in this message, you'll connect bravery to walking in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

Week 4 - Living Bravely. You'll finish the series by exploring what it means to live bravely in a world that desperately needs God.
