    \r\nEach episode is less than 60 seconds and provides encouraging tips and perspectives to help parents thrive in their role as the primary spiritual influencers of their kids. U<60 inspires parents to follow Jesus and help their kids do the same. There are 52 episodes, plus a bonus intro episode, which can be sent once each week for a year.

    \r\n\r\nThe team who wrote/created U<60 is made up of veteran parents who have personal experience with the topic of each episode. The team collectively holds degrees in family systems therapy, adolescent development, education and biblical studies.
