In part one of Leaders Know How to Plant, students were challenged to not be worried about the harvest or "winning" people to Jesus. Our job is to till good soil and plant seeds wherever we can. This is critical to understanding our role in evangelism, but it's not the whole picture. We also need to have a clear understanding of the odds. According to one of Jesus' parables, not every seed grows - only 25% of the seed is harvested.

Option 1:  Use this in a Group Setting
\r\nFollow along in the Facilitator’s Guide and you’ll find instructions, time frames, and extra notes just for you.  The student handouts are on a separate file; be sure to make copies for each student in your group.
\r\n

Option 2: Use this in a Mentoring Relationship or for an individual student.
\r\nJust make a copy of the Student Handout and give it (or send it) to the student (all the instructions they need are already there).  If you are mentoring a student, just make an extra copy of the Student Handout for yourself and walk alongside the student as he/she goes through this study.
\r\n
