\r\nThis resource includes several Excel files intended to help you plan your budget and personal reimbursements better. There are blank templates for mileage reimbursement, monthly expense reports, yearly budget worksheets, and gas expense spreadsheets for use of church vehicles. There are also sample sheets of a whole year’s worth of our youth ministry’s expenses, gas expenses, and one sample month of mileage reimbursement. \r\n
\r\nThis is intended for you to easily customize each blank spreadsheet to your own ministry’s needs. You will notice in the monthly expenses, there is a tab for “youth budget” and “youth designated.” At the time those expenses were made our church had a youth designated fund account. We now plan for all those expenses in the yearly budget as to not depend on the designated funds account so much. \r\n
